Responsibilities:

• Ensure month-end closing reporting in timely and correct manner
• Perform month end closing activity such as but not limited to and in coordination with Finance Service Center Phils (FSCP)
• Preparation of journal entries such as accrual, reclassification and adjustment
• Posting of Accounting and Controlling journal entry to SAP (accruals, payroll, cost center correction, etc)
• Upload journal entry supporting document in SAP
• Update bank payment rate and month end rate in SAP
• Bank reconciliation for Deutsche / Citi and SCB bank
• Calculation of inventory OPS and devaluation
• Foreign currency revaluation
• Verify employee claim/reimbursement; ensure compliance in accordance with employee claim policy and transmitting the data to cockpit systems.
• Prepare and analyze monthly accrual for Amata and Bangkok location.
• Coordinate and collect PBC list for external auditor.
• Monitor and collect month end package for accounting department.
• Monitoring of cheques issued by bank
• Prepare some vendor withholding tax
• FSCP coordinator for any vendor concern
• CEOS creator for Controlling/Accounting request
• Handle two sets of books (PT Amata and Bangkok location)
• Others task assigned by Accounting Manager

Qualification:

• Male or Female
• Accounting graduates or Masteral Degree (CPA would be advantage)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in GL
• SAP (FICO module) knowledge is required.
• Computer literacy
• Very good command of English both written and verbal.
• Accounting principles and standards concept knowledge.
