Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring manager to customize the requirement and refine sourcing to match candidates.
- Select the best sourcing activities to find candidates in the market.
- Screen candidates and make the appointments for the interview.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Response for hiring process such as checking the completeness of documents, reference checks prepare employment contract and on-boarding process.
- Coordinate and promote other activities that support company i.e. HR Branding, Meetup, etc.
- Promote company’s reputation.
- Others TA administrations and assignments.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related fields
- More than 5 years’ experience in recruiting.
- Highly effective of Spoken and Written English
- Conceptual skills, interpersonal skills, result oriented
- A good team player.
