Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring manager to customize the requirement and refine sourcing to match candidates.
  • Select the best sourcing activities to find candidates in the market.
  • Screen candidates and make the appointments for the interview.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Response for hiring process such as checking the completeness of documents, reference checks prepare employment contract and on-boarding process.
  • Coordinate and promote other activities that support company i.e. HR Branding, Meetup, etc.
  • Promote company’s reputation.
  • Others TA administrations and assignments.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related fields
  • More than 5 years’ experience in recruiting.
  • Highly effective of Spoken and Written English
  • Conceptual skills, interpersonal skills, result oriented
  • A good team player.
