Responsibilities :
- In charge of preparing, conducting as well as evaluating all non-technical training and soft-skills courses for customer contact staffs from authorized dealers according to Global Training standards.
- Play key role in obtaining relevant information regarding the operation and repair facilities of new technical training.
- Attending the updated training courses offered by Global Training/other parties in order to developed own knowledge and skills and promote company’s desired attitudes through means of self-study and IT based information.
- Staying up to date and well-equipped with current company’s knowledge and training strategies to implement new customer service processes, systems and new repair methods etc.
- Creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.
- Must be a trainer that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.
- Ability to deliver and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in-group and individual classroom dynamics.
- Conferring with managers, instructors, or customer's representative to determine training needs and fill in any gaps required.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science of Education, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Skills in training courses development and able to conduct training courses
- Having a capability to develop and deliver presentations
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English both written and verbal
