Report to
Senior Manager – Technical Complaint

Responsibility:

  • Plan, develop and manage customer relations/ complaint management including coordinate with concern divisions in both Thailand and Regional as well as dealers network in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Technical Complaint Management

  • Support customers dissatisfaction in consistent with contractual obligations.
  • Develop and monitor implementation of customer complaint’s support strategies.
  • Handle all crucial issue that cannot be solve by subordinates.

Post-sales Technical Support

  • Coordinating and providing post-sales technical support to meet customer requirement according to company’s guideline.

Company Representative

  • Be an authorized representative of company in clarifying or negotiating with the customer or government authorities for customer satisfaction and good image of company brand.

Assistance and / or service to customer

  • Assisting in maintenance and reporting of customer service statistics
  • Coordinate with customer service activities
  • Providing advice and support to workshops and customers.

Customer Relations Information

  • Providing management for other departments with information about customer relations management for continual improvement of customer relations management system of the company.
  • Corporate with concerned department for customer satisfaction market research.

People Development

  • Support and help coach subordinates to achieve optimum results concerning the objectives of the function and personal development of the employee.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in any field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in automotive business or customer service in a multinational environment
