Responsibilities:

  • To manage sales team in assigned territory to expand our market share by promoting sales activities and penetrate sales in each account by analyses sales revenue in each account and  create solution to solve any issue , also seek opportunity to gain market share 
  • To lead and ensure that the Technical Sales Representatives provide instant technical support to physicians during device implant and meet sales target assigned
  • Hold and own responsibility for the quarterly AOP  numbers
  • Coordinate with BDM to create marketing programs for assigned territory  as guided by Regional Business Manager and Asia Pacific Marketing team to drive business growth and market expansion
  • Coordinate with BDM to create education centers for luminary reference and customer training as guided by Asia Pacific Marketing team
  • Manage and coordinate associated responsibilities such as logistics and venue for trade shows, product launches and customer events
  • Travel and participate in marketing events when needed as assigned by the Regional Business Manger

Qualificaion:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales management
  • Sharp negotiation and influencing skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Networking and strong orientation towards customer management
  • Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to handle complex and diverse business situations
