Responsibilities:
- Ensure that dealers support & promote company products to achieve company/dealer revenue & profit targets.
- Ensure that dealers manage Customer Satisfaction Program by jointly develop corrective action plan in relation to the objective set in the dealer business plan.
- Ensure that dealer having enough, well trained staffs to operate the service process efficiently.
- Ensure that dealer having enough tools, equipment and facilities to operate the service process efficiently.
- Ensure that dealer running business with standard care process
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- At least 5 years’ experience in Dealership parts and service operations, Regional Parts & Service Zone operations, Customer handling skills and Technical and/or non-technical support services
- Business, analytical and financial skills, Presentation skills (active and convincing), Interpersonal and organization skills.
- Good technical aptitude (product related)
- Team oriented and self-motivating, self-starter who can perform well with a minimum of supervision
- Basic literacy with computers
- Excellent verbal & written English skills
- ABLE TO TRAVEL UP-COUNTRY.
