Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that dealers support & promote company products to achieve company/dealer revenue & profit targets.
  • Ensure that dealers manage Customer Satisfaction Program by jointly develop corrective action plan in relation to the objective set in the dealer business plan.
  • Ensure that dealer having enough, well trained staffs to operate the service process efficiently.
  • Ensure that dealer having enough tools, equipment and facilities to operate the service process efficiently.
  • Ensure that dealer running business with standard care process

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Dealership parts and service operations, Regional Parts & Service Zone operations, Customer handling skills and Technical and/or non-technical support services
  • Business, analytical and financial skills, Presentation skills (active and convincing), Interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Good technical aptitude (product related)
  • Team oriented and self-motivating, self-starter who can perform well with a minimum of supervision
  • Basic literacy with computers
  • Excellent verbal & written English skills
  • ABLE TO TRAVEL UP-COUNTRY.
