Responsibilities:

• General Management of own building.
• Manage day-to-day M&E and technical operation.
• Manage team [Building Technician, Building Attendance].
• District Operation.
• Manage day-to-day property management service operation.
• Supervise health, safety, and risk management under own property.
• Supervise the value experience execution manage Project.
• Traffic and Operating Cost meet budget.
• Cost effectiveness of fundamental property facility management, Zero defect and break down.
• Execution per Square Trade Association direction and activities.
• Cost effectiveness from operational property management and services.
• Reduction of health, safety, and risk occurrence.
• Tenancy and customer satisfaction on experience timeliness and quality of new project support.

Qualification:

• Male only, aged 40 years and above (Thai Nationality only).
• Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Industrial Management or related field.
• Experiences minimum 15 years in Property Asset Management Business, Shopping Mall is preferable. [AutoCAD qualification is a must)]
• Proactive, team player, result-oriented, and can-do attitude.
• Able to independently within limited timelines and under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in communication skill and computer literature
