HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support and Administration of all Human Resources processes and policies
  • Perform complex administrative duties in following

- Recruitment and hiring process.

- Employee on-boarding.

- Payroll process.

- Welfare and Benefits enrollment (Insurance and Provident Fund).

- HRIS.

- Training and Development.

- Employee Relations.

  • Be the single point of contact for HR service
  • Responsible for Staff Activities.
  • Prepare HR necessary report and Administrative Expert for all HR functions
  • Conduct exit interviews / company asset return
  • Any other job duties assigned by HR Manager

Qualification:

  • Male or Female with more than 5 years directly experience in HR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR related field or Business Administration
  • Must have exposure to administration of recruitment process, Payroll, rewards system, training/development, HR Information System and day to day employee relations
  • Must have a demonstrated ability and desire to deliver results, be independently motivated and maintain highest degree of confidentiality.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Good in spoken and written English & computer literacy, ability to use MS Office.
  • Good communication and relationships skills.
