​Responsibilities:

WRC

• Set up process flow for customer returns.
• Release of new machines in WRC
• Preparation of WRC reports.

Quality Assurance

• Realization of product audits
• Structure and coordinate the quality related work in the project on component and sub-system level and to the component suppliers, based on quality assurance plan.
• Requesting and supporting of the required methodologies in the projects

Production Support

• Cooperation in project teams for industrialization of new projects and also series projects
• WRC process related training of local quality and production engineers
• WRC process related training of local blue collars

Quality Management System

• Support of QM-reporting
• Preparation of and participation in customer audits and other visits in Continental and system partners plants
• Definition of quality targets, monthly reporting of results, implementation of corrective actions, pursuing of lessons learned, support of employee training, provision of all quality related costs for calculation and budgetary purposes

Personal Management

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of WRC engineers and technicians
• Support recruiting, selection and deployment of staff
• Completion of training plans for employees in regards to specific topics
• Support training process of employees within respective topics
• Support employees in problem solving process

Coach employees within area of responsibility

Qualification:

•  
• University degree or comparable
• In quality planning of mechanical, electromechanical or electrical products
• Experience in automotive business, know how about component development and serial business for min. 5 years
• Cooperation in complex projects
• Experience in development processes, process management, auditing, serial projects.
• Cooperation with international teams and internal/external partners mandatory​
