Responsibilities:
- Work as HR Manager to plan HR Strategies : Manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, HRD, organization development, training roadmap and development program, career path, succession planning, talent management including employee relations and all necessary fields under company policies
- Responsible for develop and plan existing or new HR systems and processes to Support Business Direction and Process
- Ensure that HR strategies comply with company by controlling and developing operation to achieve HR plan
- Monitor and Develop HR Team
- Other related jobs in the field of HR development as assigned
Qualification:
- Female, Age is between 38 – 47 years old
- Bachelor's Degree - Master's degree in human resource management, political science, management or other related fields.
- Experience in Human resource management: recruitment, compensation, training and development, labor relations, welfare workers 10 years and over.
- Knowledge about labor standards. And qualities.
- Able to communicate well in English.
- Experienced HR in the big company or related industries
- Personality and human relations. Maturity, leadership and responsible performance.
