Responsibilities:

• Work as HR Manager to plan HR Strategies :  Manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, HRD, organization development, training roadmap and development program, career path, succession planning, talent management including employee relations and all necessary fields under company policies
• Responsible for develop and plan existing or new HR systems and processes to Support Business Direction and Process
• Ensure that HR strategies comply with company by controlling and developing operation to achieve HR plan
• Monitor and Develop HR Team
• Other related jobs in the field of HR development as assigned

Qualification:

• Female, Age is between 38 – 47 years old
• Bachelor's Degree - Master's degree in human resource management, political science, management or other related fields.
• Experience in Human resource management:  recruitment, compensation, training and development, labor relations, welfare workers 10 years and over.
• Knowledge about labor standards. And qualities.
• Able to communicate well in English.
• Experienced HR  in the big company or related industries
• Personality and human relations. Maturity, leadership and responsible performance.
