Responsibilities:

  • Systematize company international sales and customer servicing operations to gain sustainable competitive advantage for company and its brands in foreign markets and gain awareness, loyalty and support of international customers
  • Development and successful execution of company international marketing and sales strategy and initiatives
  • Performance of the team of international sellers and customer service personnel
  • Development of resourcing plan to achieve functional strategies and specific objectives supported by budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
  • Oversees and manages team of international sellers and service support agents to penetrate target international markets and maximize productivity
  • Develops and shares competitive and key players overview for target international markets with key stakeholders
  • Develops and oversees on-going relationships with major international clients
  • Identifies valuable emerging markets
  • Works with BUs and key partners to craft realistic market penetration plans, regularly forecasting future sales and adjusting market activities to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
  • Recommends sales policies to manage risk and protect company commercial interest in the international marketplace

Qualification:

  • A total business management mindset with well-developed business senses
  • Customer-first focus and empathy for foreign buyers
  • B2B agency network management skills
  • Well-informed and good understanding of regional real estate market dynamics supported by competence in trend analysis, market monitoring, and result tracking
  • Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
  • Well-developed interpersonal impact and influencing skills to manage external and internal stakeholders
  • Must stay current with international variances in cultural and legal issues as pertaining to sales.
