Report to
Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop marketing objectives, marketing plan, strategies, launch plan, communications, and ensure smooth marketing execution. 
  • Analyze and define customers’ and market’s requirements and trends.
  • Develop, implement and update product training and competitor information intelligence to sales force on an on-going basis.
  • Develop methods of field-testing promotional programs to determine customer acceptance, evaluate effectiveness of promotion efforts and keep informed on needs of the sales force.
  • Develops and maintains the contact with customers, sales forces and channels (pharmacy and modern trade) for understanding their needs and to align with planned activities.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with company’s code of conduct, Thai FD, WHO code, relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards.
  • Ensure alignment internally and externally across channel operations, field marketing and other team members through effective and regular communication methods

Qualification:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related fields.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing in FMCG setting.
  • Proven track records in developing marketing campaigns.
