Responsibilities:

  • Leading development of the Channel Development Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories
  • Develop initiatives that support category growth  in targeted priority geographies/ channel/ category of accounts
  • Sign off all promotions and make them field ready for execution
  • Establish communication tools & process summarizing initiatives to the field execution team after aligning with Marketing team
  • Develop & drive new Sales & Trade marketing initiatives by channel
  • Within the communication, provide examples of Best Practice and establish KPI’s for key initiatives
  • Develop sell in decks, POS material, channel specific mechanics, and premiums if required for each type of activity
  • Joint development with category team and delivery of new product development (NPD) plans
  • Work along with Field Execution Manager to ensure all trade / consumer promotion plan are executed
  • Support the TT & OT teams to develop IBP and AOP each year
  • Work closely and support KA team (OT) to develop the JBP for all key customers Align MU Senior Management on investment in new initiatives, trade promotions& Key customer sales and profit objectives. Set clear performance objectives and measurement criterion.
  • Leverage Strategic Innovations  (Product / Packaging) to build a powerful Trade marketing plan that will create a stronger blueprint for growth
  • Provide all support and information needed by  Revenues/Trade spend Management Manager to support the development of Package/channel Pricing Strategy
  • Work with Channel Heads and  RSMs/ KAMs & make recommendations on pricing strategy by channel and SKU lines
  • Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution
  • To ensure compliance with all regulatory systems of the company.
