Responsibilities:

•  Evaluate needs regarding Problem Solving capability in your organization
•  Train defined staff
•  Ensure coaching for Problem Solving activities
•  Check Problem solving results
•  Evaluate continuously AS-IS and TO-BE regarding Problem Solving capability in your organizational unit
•  Re-train user as needed
•  Share Lessons Learned to avoid recurrence
• Report activities to Management and superior Problem Solving Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering)
•  Male/ female age between 30 - 35 years old.
•  5 years’ experience in QA, prefer in Automotive Industry
•  Good command of both written & spoken English.
•  Knowledge of Jidoka
•  Black / Green belt is good to have
