Responsibilities:

• Retention and development of existing accounts
•  Management of client service activities
•  Design and implementation of effective risk management and insurance programs.
•  New business development and marketing
•  Account administration
•  Setting / monitoring of RMA budgets
•  Managing work-flow / priorities and client enquiries
•  Ensuring all documentation / procedures are in compliance with company’s standard. 

Qualifications:

• At least 10 year experience in insurance industry
•  Proficient in both written and spoken English
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills
•  Customer service skills and problem solving skills
•  Ability to work under pressure
