Total Reward Manager(150K)
Our Client
A country leading conglomerate company

Responsibilities:

  •  Assist to formulate Total Reward Strategy and long-term reward plan
  •  Develop, implement and maintain reward policy and provide guidelines for HR team
  • Analyze market total reward practice; determine market positioning of each job family; to design salary structure and compose flexible benefit packages
  •  Provide advice on compensation & benefit and reward implementation services to HRBP, line managers and Business Unit Heads
  • Provide advice on job evaluation; to analyze and benchmark with the target industry; to determine preferred market position of each job group; to review salary structure; and to assess and manage financial and legal implications
  •  Jointly work with BU and Finance on Commission & Incentive Plan design
  •  Propose ongoing/annual compensation programs, - Annual Salary Review and Performance Bonus, including budgets, allocation and reporting.
  •  Provide Market Data analysis, bench marking job to customize compensation packages and make recommendations for BU’s needs
  • Support the development & implementation of reward & recognition policies/ programs

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor degree or higher in HRM, General Management or related field
  •  Work Experience in HR (Reward Management / C&B) at least 5 years in Consulting firm or Experience in corporate compensation strategies design are preferred
  •  Computer skills - MS Office
  •  Good interpersonal skills, Communication, Analytical thinking, Planning & Service minded and attention to detail
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
