An International Healthcare Company

Responsibilities:

The Commercial Manager is responsible for turnover and revenue growth in the designated areas through implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  •  Assist Regional Commercial Director in managing key Distributor Markets territories in Vietnam.
  • Ensure achievement of Yearly Financial Budget and Operational Objectives
  •  Continuously working to strategically expand territories, to recognize and maximize business opportunities
  •  Preserve or improve the company’s procedures, standards or policies while adhering to business ethics and regulatory guidelines.
  •  Handle corporate relationships and key accounts
  •  Offering direction and instruction to Business Partners, ensuring excellent execution of business plan
  •  Use market analysis tool and Risk Management Skills to determine how best to sell a company’s product or service in new markets and in markets where the Company already has an established customer base
  •  Manage marketing and promotional activities, including KOL management
  •  Any other ad-hoc activities

Qualifications:

  •  Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
  •  Commercial and marketing background;
  •  Minimum 5 years of direct people management responsibilities
  •  Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Business
