Responsibilities :

• Planning and controlling total social network channel i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN and etc. by provide written specific short term and long term objectives for all online channels to build 360 branding. To ensure objectives are met on time and in the quality at minimum cost
•  Develop and implement online marketing & social network plans which consist of monthly action plan, schedules and budget
•  Strategies: Develop specific online strategy to build branding as well as continually develop online platform to always stay ahead in the market and build our brand awareness among mid-level and top executives’ candidates and clients
•  Evaluation of Online followers and feedback from all followers and connections
•  Periodically check our website to make sure that our website runs smoothly.
•  Market Research for online consumer behavior
•  Contact Inside the company: Confers frequently with Executive Director and Consultants Team to seek the directions and ideas then turn them into initiation and action plan
•  Planning for the consultant’s team and yourself to attend periodically in the events, functions and seminar which related to our business such as HR Seminars, Chamber of commerce and etc.
•  Competitor and market analysis
•  Create 360 to be employee’s choice by posting all the activities and events of 360’s team and Executive Director.
•  Develop and maintain a good system of the database in order to maximize the effectiveness for our consultants and research team.
•  Creating brand awareness among clients, candidates and competitors.
•  Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
•  Responsible for owns and team corporate and professional looking in order to create a good and professional image for all external parties such as clients, candidates and etc.
•  Create internal monthly calendar for all kinds of training and activity in order to motivate and create a good team work.
